Vaccination is a treatment method frequently used by couples diagnosed with infertility. This treatment method, in which the level of sperm count and movement of the father-to-be and the age of the mother-to-be are factors, takes place in a laboratory environment. It is a treatment method defined as the process of placing the sperm taken from the father-to-be in the uterus of the mother-to-be in a laboratory environment. Before the vaccination treatment, some tests are performed on the expectant mother and father, and if any health problems are revealed, these problems are treated first.
How is vaccination done?
Today, many couples cannot have a baby for various reasons even though they want to have a baby. Couples who cannot have a baby despite trying unprotected for a year are diagnosed with infertility. Most couples diagnosed with infertility usually have a baby with vaccination treatment.  
Vaccination treatment is the process of injecting the sperm taken from the man during the woman's ovulation period into the woman's uterus in a laboratory environment. In this way, sperm cells reach the tubes through the uterus and allow fertilization.

Vaccination treatment can be applied in cases where sperm count or motility is insufficient and in cases of erectile dysfunction. Infertility must be diagnosed before vaccination treatment. At the same time, the tests that should be applied before the treatment should not be disrupted and must be done. The injections required to stimulate the eggs should be administered under the supervision of a doctor. In addition, sperm should be given by masturbation method and sterilization should be taken care of. Before giving sperm, sexual abstinence should be applied for more than 2 days and less than 5 days.

After vaccination treatment, the couple can return to their normal lives in a short time. However, in this process, a healthy lifestyle should be adopted, a balanced diet should be observed and medication should not be used without the doctor's knowledge.

Before starting vaccination treatment, couples should try every way to conceive normally. If couples cannot have the child they want after having unprotected and regular intercourse for 1 year, the vaccination method is started after tests.
